Neutralising Liquid is an alkaline compound for neutralising descaling chemicals before disposal, and flushing out boilers and heat exchangers after descaling.

APPLICATION & USAGE:

Neutralising acidic descaling chemicals: Slowly add neutralising liquid to descaling solution until pH or litmus paper show solution as neutral or mildly alkaline. (Red litmus turns blue=pH above 7).

Flushing out boilers / heat exchangers after descaling: Use at a dosage rate of one litre of neutralising liquid per 100 litres water. The resultant solution should be circulated through the descaled equipment for a few minutes.

CAUTION: This liquid is an alkali, and gloves and goggles should be worn when handling. Splashes of solution into the eye should be irrigated with large quantities of clean fresh water.
